"Unless they are selling me something, absolutely useless. I've had little to no assistance any time I reach out for help. Re: your response. Yeah, that was my response after I told you that you needed you reach out to the repair shop before anything could happen 3 days after the accident and still had no response...and then you proceeded to say "call corporate for anything else" Just because I say "thanks" doesn't mean you always help me with all my insurance needs."
